Beach Bar-B-Q
£15 per head.
Chicken legs marinated in a bar-b-q-sauce.
Home made rump beef burgers, with relish and cheese.
Chipolata sausages.
Prawn kebabs with a saffron mayo.
Provincial vegetable kebabs.
Four leaf salad with a zingy dressing.
Greek salad.
Couscous salad.

Seeded burger buns, finger rolls and pita breads.


Family day bar-B-Q Menu.
£20 per head.
Jerk chicken legs with honey and thyme.
Rump beef tarragon and mustard burgers.
Cumberland sausages with caramelized onions.
Salmon rubbed in fennel seeds and lemon wrapped in foil.
Halumi, aubergine and cherry tomato kebabs.
Baby leaf salad.
Coriander, cream fraiche and mint potato salad.
Roast baby carrot, beetroot and griddled cherry tomatoes on their vine.

£30 per head.
Brazilian sirloin steaks with Cajun rub.
Served with avocado and mango salsa.
Lemon, thyme and mustard chicken pieces.

Butterflied leg of lamb with a mint and yogurt marinate.
Pacific prawns in their shells, with a lime, sweet chili and ginger butter.
