Deposit for hampers £80 each. (this is deducted from you invoice on return of hamper)
Deposit for cool bags £15 each (this is deducted on return of cool bag.)

Menu 1 £40

Water Melon and mint brochettes
Artisan breads with tapernade and white bean dips.
Darnes of salmon with a dill and lemon rub, enclosed in baby parcels.
Crushed herb and fennel potatoes.
Greek salad
Asparagus and dolcelate tartlets.
Cheese and oatcakes.
Chocolate mousse cake with summer berries and mascopone.


Menu 2 £40

Gazpacho soup with tomato crutes.
Pacific prawns on mini brochettes with a sweet chili and lime marinade.
Griddled chicken, infused with rosemary, garlic and lemon.
Luscious leaf salad with cucumber, green beans, roast peppers and cherry tomatoes, tossed with pine nuts and parmesan.
Roast new potatoes in “first pressing” Greek olive oil with bolotti beans and shredded basil.
English Cheeses and wafers.
Orange and almond polenta cake with mascopone and strawberries.


Menu 3 £40

Moroccan lamb filo parcels with a yogurt and mint dip.
Salmon, prawn and sunshine vegetables on a bamboo kebab stick.
Tomato, and basil tart tatin with a goat’s cheese drizzle.
Potatoes with saffron mayonnaise, coriander and chives.
Baby leaf salad with podded broad beans and asparagus.
Chocolate brownie and fresh strawberries with mascarpone cream cheese.


Menu 4 £45

Crayfish in a marie rose cream fraiche, served with a cucumber and baby gem salad.
Mediterranean tomato bread.
Sliced fillet of beef infused with summer herbs.
Baby beetroots roast with balsamic vinegar,
Wild rocket and parmesan salad.
Griddled chicken brochettes with lime and honey.
Tabouli salad with a coriander yogurt.
Filo parcels with feta and spinach.
Cheeses and wafers
Individual lemon glazed tarts with fresh strawberries


All picnics are provided with a hamper filled with any thing you may need for your picnic, including a corkscrew!
There is a deposit for these that will be returned to you , once the hampers have been returned to us. (within two weeks)
If you require blankets these can be provided.
