For our organic menus we always use the freshest ingredients, sourced from independent organic specialists. We use “fair trade” and environmentally friendly products in the kitchen and on location. Dishes may change slightly depending on availability of produce. We only use seasonal ingredients which do not have such good quality at the end of their harvest; our suppliers may not inform us of this until late; therefore we alter the dish rather than using a none organic substitute. We use natural sea salt; organic dried herbs and spices. Grinding them our-selves to ensure no preservative are added. Our stocks are made in our kitchen using bones from organic/wild animals and vegetables.

Mini sesame cups with wild mushrooms and hollandaise sauce. (seasonal)

Turmeric potato cake topped with a coconut and coriander relish and slow roast tomato.

Filo parcels filled with butternut squash, ricotta and baby spinach.
Honey and mustard herb sausages.

Chicken in a home made jerk seasoning with a mango lassi dip.

Middle eastern lamb patties with a mint and sweet chili salsa.

Pacific prawns marinated in lime, lemon grass and thai basil.

Salmon en crute with currants and stem ginger.

Sword fish skewers with a mint salsa Verdi.


Canapes Cold.

Mozzarella and juicy baby tomato sticks with basil pesto.

Caramelized fig and blue cheese crostini.

Gado-gado platter with satay dip.

Rare fillet beef in Yorkshire pudding cups with horsradich cream.

Celeriac potato rosti with apple chutney and crispy bacon.

Chicken brochettes with a sundried tomato and thyme marinade.

Smoked salmon and dill tartlets.

Plantain fritters with shredded fish and piquant tomato salsa.

Seared tuna sushi.
